Severino Baraldi

Old-fashioned, nostalgic illustrations such as there was in ancient textbook. I love the way they are telling stories. Severino Baraldi

Illustration Friday - Space

And space to think near a tree.

Rose Tremière

Acrylic on canvas, 40*50 cm ( 16*20 inches)
I'm playing with surface effects and knife painting in these blue pieces.
That doesn't show very well on the photos.

Illustration Friday - Suspense

In my sketchbook, still trying my new acrylic gouache paints.
I find them a bit difficult to master, being more used to the transparencies of watercolor.
The Matrioshkas are inspired by delyo, whose drawings I admire a lot.
Suspense is opening a matrioshka and finding the one nesting in it.
