Following another demo by Shelley Prior on the robin, I took another reference and tried to apply what I learned. Here it is from a pmp-art.com reference.

 Today I followed Shelley Prior  (site ) demonstration on YouTube. I painted along with her. Here is my result. I didn't wait for the part 2 to do the background though.

Aujourd'hui j'ai suivi la démonstration de Shelley Prior ( site ) sur Youtube. J'en ai profité pour peindre en même temps qu'elle. Voici mon résultat. Je n'ai pas attendu la deuxième partie pour finir le fond.

William Rochfort

 Another artist who I follow on Instagram is Will Rochfort. I think his artworks have a likeness to Norman Rockwell's. Very poetic and masterfully done. You can find his site here.

 

Un autre artiste que je suis sur Instagram est Will Rochfort. Ses tableaux ont un air de famille avec ceux de Norman Rockwell. Très poétique et extrêmement bien réalisés. Vous pourrez trouver son site ici.

I don't really know how to use watercolor pencils. I use them like standard pencils. I must look out for tutorials.

 I recently discovered the artist Jane French, whose portraits I love. I particularly enjoy the way she has to use surprising colors as accents. To be discovered here.
